At The Urban Ritual, we strive to provide you with premium products and a seamless shopping experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it better.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • All tags, labels, and safety seals must be intact.

  • Only products purchased through our official website (www.theurbanritual.com) are eligible for return.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Used, opened, or damaged products due to customer handling

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Gift cards and promotional/free items

Return Process

  1. Email us at theurbanritual1@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.

  3. Return shipping is to be borne by the customer unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please report any damaged, defective, or wrong items to theurbanritual1@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Attach clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
